A flourishing and dynamic establishment, Banque Raiffeisen d'Assens covers a wide area of activity and benefits from a strong local anchoring thanks to its branches located in Goumoens-la-Ville, Cheseaux, Crissier and Renens, thus offering it numerous perspectives for the deployment of its activities. To complete our team, we are looking for an autonomous personality, oriented towards the customer and the market, for a start of duty from 1 October 2026 (or by agreement). This function will require travel between our various points of sale.

What awaits you?

• Establishment of financial planning and wealth analyses as well as support in terms of advice on pension, retirement, taxation, and insurance for natural persons and entrepreneurs.
• Support to employees in the organization and animation of customer events, as well as the implementation of training with our internal staff members.
• Accompanying our teams in the identification of needs and the implementation of pension solutions, during customer appointments.
• Reference interlocutor for financial planning internally.

What do you bring?

• You benefit from a federal diploma of financial planner or training deemed equivalent.
• You benefit from several years of experience in the fields of financial planning, pension, and taxation. Ideally in the banking field.
• You are endowed with a strong customer orientation and a good spirit of initiative.
• You demonstrate good sales and negotiation skills.
