• Experience in hospitality or catering ideally, and mandatory in temporary and permanent recruitment.
• A true talent for negotiation and business development, with a proactive and professional approach.
• A good knowledge of the local market (Genève or Vaud) and the hospitality professions.
• Exemplary rigor and a taste for well-done work.
• Dynamism, organization, diplomacy, and impeccable stress management.
• Perfect mastery of French (oral and written) and a B2 level in English or German.
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Your daily missions:

• Actively develop our network through telephone prospecting and field visits.
• Acquire new clients and identify positions to be filled in Genève and Vaud.
• Recruit and select the best talents for permanent and temporary positions.
• Ensure quality follow-up with clients and build loyalty with our temporary staff.
