Telematics Technician

Your missions :

• Deploy, evolve and maintain telecommunications systems (3CX, MS Teams, Mitel)
• Autonomously lead migration and commissioning projects, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Deploy, evolve and maintain network equipment and IPTV solutions
• Participate in the support rotation (faults and modifications), remotely and on-site
• Support pre-sales by identifying and analyzing specific customer needs in telematics
• Participate in the management, optimization and evolution of client infrastructures

Your profile :

• CFC as a telematics technician with skills in networks, or training/experience deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in the ICT field, ideally within a service company
• Solid understanding of VoIP environments and IP telephony infrastructures
• Microsoft 365, Teams, 3CX or Mitel certifications are an asset
• Service-oriented, you are comfortable in contact with customers and partners
• Responsible and autonomous, you demonstrate initiative, flexibility and a sharp sense of organization
• Holder of a driving license (cat. B), you intervene regularly with our clients in Suisse romande
• Ability to collaborate and evolve within a team
• Excellent command of French, with good knowledge of technical English; German is an asset.
