Industrial Project Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Lead industrial investment projects from A to Z, from the analysis of the need to the commissioning of the installations
• Develop business cases, specifications and calls for tender, then ensure the technical follow-up of suppliers
• Guarantee the compliance of projects with Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Health, Environment requirements and applicable regulations
• Plan and coordinate the different phases of projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and defined objectives
• Supervise works and construction sites, in collaboration with internal teams and external companies
• Organize testing, qualification, user training and the transfer of installations to the operations and maintenance teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement by developing technical standards, capitalizing on feedback and integrating best practices into new projects

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• Higher education (ES/HES/EPF) in the fields of mechanics, processes, food technology or equivalent training
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the autonomous management of industrial projects, ideally in agri-food, pharmacy or cosmetics
• Solid knowledge of standards and methods related to HACCP, FMEA, GMP and hygienic design
• Good mastery of project management tools and IT tools (MS Project or equivalent, advanced Excel, 2D plan reading); experience with Infor M3 is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in French, with good knowledge of German and English
• Organized, rigorous and autonomous personality, endowed with a good analytical spirit, a solution-oriented approach and a strong ability to collaborate with various interlocutors
