Technical Sales Representative (m/f) FR-ALL

Adecco is looking for a technical sales representative FR/ALL. A human-sized Swiss company, active for several years in the renewable energy sector, it develops innovative solutions in photovoltaics, energy storage, and autonomous systems.

In a context of strong growth and energy transition, it is looking today for new talents to accompany its development on the Swiss market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new clients and professional partners.
• Develop and build loyalty within our network of distributors and wholesalers.
• Be regularly present in the field with our partners.
• Present and promote our technical products and solutions.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions, in collaboration with our technical teams.
• Manage the sales process, from prospecting to the conclusion of the sale.
• Contribute to strengthening the presence and visibility of Swiss-Green Engineering in Switzerland.

Profile

• Experience in the sale of technical solutions, ideally in electricity, energy, photovoltaics, or mechanics.
• Good technical knowledge or training in a technical field.
• Taste for prospecting, field work, and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convince a professional clientele.
• Autonomy, organization, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Mastery of German or Swiss German.
• Driving license B and availability for regular travel in Switzerland.
