• Your mission :

As a real estate broker, you will be the key intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Your main responsibilities include :

• Prospecting and acquisition of mandates: identifying sales opportunities and accompanying owners in the evaluation of their property.
• Advice and support: guiding buyers throughout the acquisition process.
• Negotiation and finalization of transactions: conducting discussions with owners and ensuring the smooth running of the sale.
• Profile sought :
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease.
• Strong autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ideally, experience in sales (real estate, insurance, banking or equivalent experience).
• Strong motivation to succeed in real estate.
• Driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Desired minimum age: 28 years (exceptions possible)
