We are looking for a Setting Mechanic in Micromechanics (M/F) for one of our clients

Job description ###

CFC as a polymechanic or similar training as a precision mechanic
Confirmed experience in micromechanics and conventional machining.
Very good knowledge of milling, turning, grinding, and electrical discharge machining.
Experience in the manufacture and maintenance of press tooling and cutting tools.
Mastery of reading blueprints and control instruments.
Autonomous, meticulous, and rigorous person.
Team spirit and sense of responsibility.

Profile ###

You will be responsible for the manufacture, maintenance, and optimization of high-precision tooling, as well as the setting and maintenance of production equipment.

• Perform conventional milling and turning operations.
• Perform surface and cylindrical grinding, electrical discharge machining work.
• Manufacture, adjust, and maintain press and stamping tooling.
• Design, modify, and maintain cutting tools.
• Set and intervene on small presses intended for the manufacture of pins.
• Ensure manufacturing and finishing operations
• Control the conformity of produced parts according to blueprints and quality requirements.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of tooling and manufacturing processes.
