Midwife M/F

• Hold a HES-SO Bachelor's degree in midwifery or an equivalent title recognized by the CRS. * Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a hospital setting; experience in a university center is an asset. * Possess solid technical expertise allowing for the autonomous care of parturients. * Demonstrate rigor, versatility, and adaptability. * Know how to manage stressful situations with calmness and efficiency. * Possess a good team spirit and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration. + Ensure the accompaniment and management of births in the delivery room, in compliance with protocols and the needs of each patient. + Intervene during cesarean sections in the operating room, actively participating in the care of the mother and the child. + Perform the clinical evaluation of the newborn upon birth and intervene in neonatal resuscitation when the situation requires it. + Ensure the follow-up of the mother and the newborn during the postnatal period, ensuring their monitoring and responding to their needs. + Coordinate the various stakeholders in the healthcare and medico-social network in order to best prepare for the return home and ensure the continuity of family support. + Conduct prenatal consultations and ensure the follow-up of pregnancies reaching term, particularly from the 37th week. + Actively participate in the promotion and support of breastfeeding, by informing, advising, and accompanying young mothers. jpid3d90d9bjm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
