HR Business Partner Fr/Ang 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement actions related to talent management and succession planning
• Identify skill development needs and propose adapted evolution plans
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes
• Advise and support managers on all operational and strategic HR issues
• Ensure the follow-up of relations with employees and manage sensitive or complex HR situations
• Ensure the application of Swiss labor law as well as compliance with internal procedures and policies
• Actively participate in organizational transformation projects and support change within teams
• Coordinate annual HR processes such as performance evaluations, development interviews, and personnel reviews

Profile

• Hold a higher education qualification in human resources (Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or HR diploma)
• Demonstrate confirmed experience in a similar HR Business Partner function, as well as in supporting managers and managing employee relations
• Perfect mastery of Swiss labor law and HR practices
• Bilingual French and English; knowledge of German is an asset
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong solution orientation
• Demonstrate ease in managing complex situations with professionalism, discretion, and pragmatism
• Be autonomous, organized, and able to understand the operational stakes of an organization
