Operational Management: * Opening, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail * Management of orders via the company reception * Management of labels and shipments for insurers, service providers and clients * Help and support to the Caredesk Remboursements teams according to needs * Processing of various listings * Filing and archiving of documents * Various tasks requested by the line manager.
