Mandated by our client, a fiduciary of 7 people based around Lausanne, we are looking for an Accountant available immediately, an experienced profile capable of being operational within the first few days. Your mission

Within this fiduciary located around Lausanne, you will autonomously take charge of a varied client portfolio (SMEs, sole traders, companies). You are responsible for the bookkeeping and year-end closing of accounts as well as the complete management of payroll.

Your main tasks

• Bookkeeping (entry, matching, bank reconciliations, VAT)
• Annual closings and preparation of files for the auditor
• Payroll management: preparation of statements, AVS declarations, pension funds, withholding tax
• Regular contact with clients and administrations
• Close collaboration with your colleagues in the fiduciary team

Your profile

• Training in accounting (CFC commercial employee, federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent, a plus)
• Confirmed experience in accounting and payroll management, mandatory in a fiduciary
• Mastery of MCR, WinBiz and Cresus software (a decisive plus)
• Rigor, organizational skills and reliability
• Ability to adapt quickly and be agile
