• Execute payment transactions accurately and within the required timeframes via treasury and banking systems. + Examine payment instructions, beneficiary information, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and consistency before execution. + Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies before payments are released. + Rigorously apply established payment controls, approval procedures, and segregation of duties requirements. + Monitor payment execution and ensure follow-up on rejected, delayed, or failed transactions. + Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks, and financial institutions to resolve payment-related issues. + Appropriately report any unusual, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent payment instructions. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment processes, controls, and operational efficiency. + Ensure that treasury and payment activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and financial controls. + Maintain clear and complete supporting documentation as well as audit trails for financial transactions. + Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and responding to information requests. + Contribute to payment fraud prevention and other treasury control initiatives + Monitor and reconcile treasury-related transactions and investigate discrepancies, where applicable. + Prepare treasury reports and financial analyses supporting liquidity and operational decision-making. jpid6b6ccbdjm jpit0939jm jpiy26jm
