What you can make move.

• Ensure optimal allocation of locomotive and shunting personnel for the Voyageurs fleet through monthly and daily distribution, taking into account legal and internal regulations such as the CCT, LDT, BAR.
• Proactive search for locomotive and shunting personnel based on operational needs.
• Process requests and wishes from locomotive and shunting personnel.
• Ensure targeted and specific communication with stakeholders, including the staff and managers involved as well as internal and external partners.

What you bring.

• Team spirit, persuasiveness, solution-oriented approach, communication skills, feedback culture, ability to manage conflicts and negotiate.
• Commercial apprenticeship with CFC or other equivalent training.
• Mastery of one language (German, French) at native speaker level and good knowledge of the second national language (French or German) level B1 required.
• Good IT skills desired.
