In order to complete our family team, managing its own real estate portfolio located in Suisse Romande between Aigle, Morges and Vallorbe, we are looking for a full-time Real Estate Management Assistant - Junior, knowledge of PPE is a plus!

Real Estate Management Assistant - Junior ##

Your main responsibilities:

Agency:

• Ensure the technical and rental management of a real estate portfolio;
• Manage the leasing of properties, from publishing advertisements to re-letting;
• Establish, negotiate and ensure the follow-up of lease agreements, as well as the processing and adjustment of rents;
• Ensure the follow-up of claims and litigation files;
• Ensure the proper functioning and conservation of the building by having routine maintenance and renovation work carried out;
• Ensure exchanges and follow-up with tenants, owners, authorities, companies and concierges.

PPE:

• Preparation of general assemblies;
• Participation in certain assemblies with the PPE Administrator;
• Technical follow-up of decisions taken in assemblies and coordination of interventions by companies;
• Contacts with co-owners and concierges.

Your profile:

• CFC in commercial employment, ideally with a specialization in the real estate field, an asset;
• A first experience in the field of real estate management is desired; early-career profiles are welcome;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Very good writing skills and excellent spelling;
• Mastery of standard IT tools,
• Pleasant, methodical, dynamic and proactive personality;
• Strong interpersonal skills, sense of priorities and customer service;
• Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork;

Early-career profiles, motivated to evolve in the field of real estate management, are also welcome.
