This field of activity inspires you

The customer is at the center for you. You are the contact person for the customers of Groupe E. In a rapidly developing specialist field, you answer inquiries competently and confidently on the telephone from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30 or efficiently perform back-office tasks. Using modern means of communication, you independently process simple customer-oriented processes. You take the concerns of the customers very seriously, quickly recognize their needs, and inspire your customers through your professional advice and communication.

Your expertise inspires us

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact - Precise and independent working as well as good written expression - Native German language; with good knowledge of the French language in spoken and written form - Very good knowledge of MS Office
