For one of our client companies specializing in sanitary installation, Geneva region, we are looking for a: Business Manager (M/F)

Business Manager M/F

Your mission:

You pilot a team and a structure autonomously under Management.

Commercial:

Analysis of client needs, costing and innovative offers, follow-up on complaints, prospecting and professional networks, updating references.

Management:
Recruitment, integration and team follow-up, coaching / skill development, evaluation interviews, well-being and cohesion, compliance with internal rules / subcontracting / temporary staff.

Project Management & Finance:
Piloting from A to Z from design to warranty, planning of human / material resources, supplier orders and framework agreements, respect for work deadlines, contracts and amendments, traceability of exchanges, legal aspects with experts, budget monitoring, debt recovery, profitability and financial results, monthly financial/HR/commercial reporting.

Profile:

Knowledge: commercialization, management, professional symbolism, fire / gas / acoustic standards.

Skills: adaptability to construction sites, tablet IT tools, reading technical documents.

Soft skills: confidentiality, leadership, availability, stress management, initiative, ability to propose ideas.
Prerequisites: Federal Diploma of Higher Education or Federal Master's or equivalent diploma, significant experience in a similar position required.
