Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
This position represents a key function within the workshop, with a central role in production organization, team support, and the improvement of manufacturing methods.
Permanent - 100% rate

Job description ###

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production
• Supervise and support teams by providing technical support
• Be present on the ground and resolve issues related to machines, tools, dies, and manufacturing processes
• Design, test, and implement fixtures and tooling to facilitate the teams' work
• Optimize flows, workstations, and manufacturing methods
• Create and maintain work instructions
• Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement
• Actively participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the workshop

Profile ###

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in production organization and/or methods
• Field-oriented person, pragmatic and problem-solving oriented
• Ability to unite and support teams
• Proficiency with IT tools and production management software
• Interest in designing concrete solutions: fixtures, tooling, and workstation improvement
