Experienced Real Estate Manager / PPE Manager – 80 % to 100 %

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an experienced real estate manager / PPE manager to join our team in the canton of Neuchâtel.

Previous professional experience in real estate management in Switzerland is indispensable for this position.

Your responsibilities
Administrative, technical and financial management of a portfolio of buildings
Management and monitoring of properties by floors (PPE)
Regular contact with owners, co-owners, tenants, companies and suppliers
Preparation, organization and chairing of co-owners' meetings
Preparation and monitoring of budgets, statements and assembly decisions
Management of maintenance work, renovations, claims and technical interventions
Administrative and financial monitoring of buildings and PPE

Your profile
Confirmed experience within a real estate management company in Switzerland
Experience in the management of rental buildings and/or the administration of PPE
Good knowledge of lease law and the functioning of PPE
Autonomous, organized and rigorous person
Comfortable in conducting meetings and assemblies
Excellent interpersonal skills and good writing skills
Ability to manage several files simultaneously and to take on responsibilities
Good command of standard IT tools
