Production Manager (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Technical or mechanical training (CFC, ES, HES or training deemed equivalent) * Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment * Successful experience in supervising and managing teams * Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and strong presence on the ground * Ability to make decisions, manage priorities and resolve operational problems * Analytical spirit, results orientation and ability to unite teams around common goals * Mastery of standard IT tools and good understanding of production flows Main responsibilities:
• Management of the production plan and daily organization of the workshops + Supervision, support and development of a production team + Steering and coordination of manufacturing activities as well as associated resources + Role as operational right hand to the Management and monitoring of priorities + Analysis and resolution of technical problems encountered on the ground + Support to teams in the continuous improvement of processes and working methods + Optimization of production flows in order to guarantee quality, productivity and respect for deadlines + Management and monitoring of equipment, tools and resources necessary for production + Monitoring of performance, quality, safety and operational efficiency indicators + Active participation in improvement projects and the evolution of the industrial organization
