Mandated by one of our clients active in the Soleure region, we are looking for an experienced automobile maintenance mechanic CFC.

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work on light vehicles (mechanics, electricity, onboard electronics)
• Diagnose faults using electronic diagnostic tools and propose suitable solutions
• Carry out technical inspections (brakes, steering, suspension, exhaust, air conditioning, etc.)
• Perform oil changes, tire changes, replacement of wear parts
• Carry out expert assessments and prepare vehicles for the official technical inspection
• Document the interventions carried out in the workshop management system
• Advise customers on the condition of the vehicle and necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, as well as the maintenance of workshop equipment and tools

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• CFC in automobile maintenance mechanics (or an equivalent title)
• Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position
• Excellent mastery of electronic diagnostics and modern automotive systems
• Ability to supervise or transmit know-how to more junior profiles, an asset
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills for customer advice
• Category B driving license indispensable
• Fluent mastery of German required
