As part of our development, we are looking for a Commercial Manager (M/F), based in Vésenaz (GE) and reporting directly to the Group Sales Manager.

Main missions:

You will play a key role in the costing of tenders and quotes, while actively participating in commercial development and the implementation of contracts in collaboration with the operations teams. Your responsibilities include:

Offers and Quotes:

• Carry out technical studies, verify feasibility, and write adapted commercial offers (measurement, costing, proposal of optimized organizations).
• Actively participate in tenders for multi-site contracts and key accounts.
• Present offers to clients and ensure their validation in compliance with internal processes.

Collaboration with operations:

• Work in close collaboration with the operations teams to guarantee contract implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Propose optimized organizations to meet the specific needs of clients.

Commercial development:

• Identify the needs of clients and prospects, propose adapted solutions in a competitive context.
• Actively prospect to develop the client portfolio in Geneva and its surroundings.
• Participate in client meetings to present the group's services.

Reporting:

• Ensure regular follow-up of quotes and offers via weekly reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date data for the Commercial Balance

Profile sought:

• Commercial and/or technical training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the cleaning sector or associated services (concierge, special works, technical maintenance ...).
• Knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric and a strong capacity for networking.
• Dynamic, rigorous, with an excellent ability to synthesize and strong interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented, autonomous, and endowed with a talent for negotiation.
• French native language or C1 level; English is an asset.
