We are recruiting our future Technical & Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Heiwa Solution is a concierge and rental management company specializing in holiday accommodations. We currently manage approximately 200 apartments and chalets in about fifteen destinations in Valais and the Fribourg region, as well as the Hôtel de la Poste in Sierre.

We are in full growth and want to more than double our portfolio and open new destinations in the coming years. To accompany this development, we are looking for our future Technical & Maintenance Manager.

This position adapts to your profile. If you have experience in technical management or property management, it will be more oriented towards coordination, provider networks, and departmental structuring. If you are primarily a versatile technician who loves the field, it will be more oriented towards interventions, with a possible evolution towards management as we grow.

?? Your mission

You are responsible for ensuring every technical request is completed, from its reporting to its resolution.

Your role combines field work, coordination, and management. Depending on the intervention, you choose the most efficient solution:

• intervene yourself for small repairs and routine interventions;
• call upon a craftsman or a partner company for specialized work;
• entrust simple tasks to the cleaning teams during their visits.

You then ensure complete follow-up: diagnosis, quote, validation, intervention, control, invoicing, and re-invoicing.

?? Your main responsibilities

Field intervention

• Small repairs and furniture assembly
• Simple plumbing
• Locks and access systems
• TV, Wifi, and connected equipment
• Technical commissioning of new accommodations

Steering interventions

• Sort, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance requests
• Choose the right solution and the right intervener for each intervention
• Coordinate technical emergencies, especially during peak periods
• Follow each intervention until its closure

Managing technical follow-up of accommodations

• Respond to technical requests from owners
• Diagnose and document problems
• Organize quotes and obtain validations before work
• Control invoices and follow up on re-invoicing with the administrative team

Developing our network of providers

Building a reliable network in all our regions will be a central element of the position:

• Recruit and retain independent providers
• Find the right craftsmen and partner companies
• Negotiate rates and collaboration conditions
• Control the quality of services performed
• Follow costs per intervention and identify the most efficient solutions

Structuring and developing the technical department

We are looking for someone who does not just settle for solving daily problems but wants to improve our way of working:

• Implement sustainable solutions rather than repetitive repairs
• Improve our tools and processes
• Develop preventive maintenance
• Build a technical network capable of following our growth

?? The profile we are looking for

You are, above all, organized. You know how to manage several requests at once, prioritize emergencies, and follow an intervention until its resolution.

You are technically resourceful and autonomous. You carry out routine small interventions and know how to quickly recognize when it is time to call a specialist.

You are comfortable with owners, travelers, teams, and providers.

Your skills:

• Confirmed training or experience in technical management, maintenance, property management, facility management, concierge services, building trades, or a similar field
• Solid building culture acquired in the field
• Experience in managing suppliers or subcontractors is a plus
• Good written communication in French
• Comfortable with numbers: quotes, invoice control, cost tracking
• Good mastery of digital tools, interest in automation and artificial intelligence
• Fluent French, operational English, German is a real asset
• Category B driver's license indispensable
