You know how to do it well

• You prospect private customers by telephone and by videoconference, focusing particularly on word-of-mouth.
• You qualify and manage your prospects digitally and perform structured follow-ups in order to arrange online advisory appointments.
• Customer satisfaction is your absolute priority: you provide new customers with competent advice adapted to their needs, whether by telephone, online, or by videoconference.
• You organize your daily commercial activities autonomously and accomplish all tasks related to sales with absolute reliability.
• You invest your heart and soul in sales promotion measures and actively contribute to the success of our remote team

What characterizes you

• A passion for sales, a keen sense of negotiation, and great resilience, even in the face of a high call volume
• Completed professional training and ease with digital advisory tools as well as modern sales channels
• Experience in the insurance sector or proven sales experience in a call center with telephone sales activity
• AFA training or the willingness to follow it in the near future
• Excellent mastery of French and German (bilingual) is indispensable
