As part of the development of our client's activities, an industrial company based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for an

Accounts Payable Accountant

Your missions

Reporting to the Finance department, you will notably be responsible for:

• Entering, checking, and recording supplier invoices;
• Ensuring the monitoring and reconciliation of accounts payable;
• Preparing and making supplier payments in compliance with deadlines;
• Performing bank reconciliations;
• Processing expense reports and other routine accounting operations;
• Participating in monthly and annual closings;
• Participating in the improvement of accounting and administrative processes.

Your profile

• Training in accounting, finance, or a degree deemed equivalent;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland;
• Good mastery of general and accounts payable accounting principles;
• Mastery of standard IT tools, notably Excel;
• Knowledge of an accounting ERP is an asset;
• Fluent French; mastery of English is a plus;
• Organized, rigorous, autonomous person with a good team spirit;
• Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
