On behalf of one of our clients, active in the airport sector in Genève, we are looking for an AREA MANAGER (M/F)
Your future responsibilities:

• You will supervise and coordinate the operational activities of your sector in order to guarantee the smooth running of airport operations.
• You will supervise and support the teams in the field to ensure efficient, professional service in compliance with quality standards.
• You will ensure coordination with the various airport partners and services to guarantee optimal collaboration.
• You will monitor operational performance and implement the necessary measures in case of incidents or unforeseen events.
• You will ensure compliance with procedures, security standards, and specific requirements related to airport activities.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in a similar function, ideally in the airport, transport, or logistics field.
• You have good knowledge of airport operations, team management, and security procedures.
• You are an autonomous, organized person resistant to stress, with an excellent sense of leadership and communication.
• You have perfect command of French and English.
• You are flexible and willing to work according to irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
