A day in this role

• As a sales consultant, you are an important contact person for our customers. You recognize their needs, advise them competently, and accompany them in the search for suitable solutions. At the same time, you build long-term and sustainable customer relationships.
• You create a unique customer experience through competent and solution-oriented advice. You analyze the needs of your customers and accompany them holistically – from the choice of the appropriate product through various finishing and cleaning techniques to the successful implementation of their project.
• You recommend individual solutions, create offers together with our Customer Care team, conduct contract negotiations, and accompany orders throughout the entire customer process.
• With your expertise and your technical advice, you contribute actively to the sales success of our products and services as well as to the development of tailor-made solutions.

What you bring with you

• You have at least five years of professional experience in sales, customer advice and support, as well as in acquiring new customers.
• Personal contact with customers is your strength, and you are enthusiastic about sales, consulting, and building long-term relationships. Experience in an industrial environment as well as knowledge in the area of glass or printing and finishing techniques are an advantage.
• You understand the needs of your customers and support them with relevant, individually tailored solutions in the successful implementation of their projects.
• You possess strong sales skills, work in a results-oriented manner, enjoy being on the road in field service, and convince through initiative and perseverance.
• With professionalism, strong service orientation, as well as communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, you build trusting and long-term customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of the regional wine, beer, spirits, event, or agricultural industry is an advantage.
• Your native language is German or French. Ideally, you have good knowledge of the respective other language.
