To complete the Surgery team at the Rennaz site, we are looking for a :

Assistant in community health care (ASSC) M/F at 60%

The main missions of this position are ###

• Organize, execute, monitor and document care services and medico-technical acts delegated by the nurse and authorized by the ASSC status, in stable situations presenting no emergency character
• Collaborate in the smooth running of the department's activities
• Promote the interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork specific to the mission of the department
• Promote, upon delegation, the involvement of the patient in their care project as well as that of their relatives

We require ###

• A CFC as an assistant in community health care
• A motivated person to take charge of seniors according to the best practices of Geriatrics and Rehabilitation
• A rigorous, organized and dynamic person, with excellent communication skills
• An interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
• Adaptation to change and involvement in the department's project
• Proficiency in the French language and specific IT tools for the hospital field
