Project Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Systèmes d'information division, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to drive the implementation of projects from the expression of needs to deployment and operational monitoring.

Responsibilities ##

• Lead, optimize and be responsible for all project/program resources (human, budget, customer, final decision)
• Direct the financial management of the project as well as all defined requirements (quality, cost, deadline...)
• Ensure the alignment of the project/program with business needs
• Organize, coordinate and animate the project/program team
• Arbitrate any disputes between the team and other stakeholders
• Supervise the progress of the project
• Coordinate, synthesize and ensure the quality of the validations issued
• Manage the relationship with suppliers

Profile ##

• Degree from an Engineering school (Master HES or EPF)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in a demanding industrial environment
• Experience in leading projects based on Agile practices and/or methods
• French native speaker with good knowledge of English
• Good mastery of IT tools and systems
• Proven mastery of predictive and Agile approaches, as well as project management tools
• Rigorous, autonomous, organized and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to adapt the management approach to the context, the stakes and the maturity level of the teams
• Open-mindedness and a taste for teamwork
• Very good communication skills, natural leadership and sense of customer service
• Great capacity for adaptation, essential for understanding a field specific to our activity and managing varied projects
