• Direct and organize the operation of defense and logistics infrastructures as well as lead subordinate personnel
• Plan and guarantee the availability, operation, and maintenance of infrastructures, in coordination with the troops, users, and partners
• Drive operation and maintenance services, resource allocation, and expenditures, ensuring their efficiency and economy
• Guarantee compliance with security, personal protection, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
• Actively participate in construction, transformation, and liquidation projects, representing the interests of the operator and ensuring coordination with various stakeholders

What makes you unique

• Technical or artisanal professional training, ideally completed by higher education (university or equivalent); federal diploma of specialist in maintenance or equivalent training
• Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of infrastructures, as well as in personnel management
• Leadership, sense of organization and responsibility, goal/result orientation, capacity for communication, cooperation, and conflict management
• Good skills in process and project management, proficiency in standard IT tools and SAP, as well as good knowledge of a second official language
• Military training as an officer or senior non-commissioned officer represents an asset

With its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, it provides all logistical services for the Swiss Army and manages its equipment, systems, and infrastructures.
