Main objectives of the position: ----------------------------------- * Sustainably and profitably develop turnover in Suisse romande. * Identify and conquer new clients, markets, and projects. * Detect projects upstream and develop the specification/prescription for Boissec SA. * Achieve the set turnover and margin objectives. * Represent Boissec SA in an active and professional manner on the market. 2. Your responsibilities: -------------------------- * Active market prospecting. * Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, specifiers, and commercial partners. * Identify high-potential construction, renovation, and fit-out projects. * Conduct meetings and negotiations until business realization. * Ensure market, competition, and new project monitoring. * Ensure structured follow-up of opportunities, visits, and actions in the CRM. * Participate in client events and professional gatherings. 3. Your profile: ------------------ * Successful experience in B2B business development, ideally in construction and/or real estate; * Solid existing professional network in Suisse romande, notably with architects, project owners, general contractors, and real estate investors; * Excellent knowledge of the Romand economic fabric and decision-making circuits; * Strong developer temperament: prospecting, opening doors, negotiation, and closing; * Autonomy, organization, perseverance, and results orientation; * Driver's license; * Technical training in carpentry, cabinetmaking, or construction; * Mastery of standard IT tools and CRM - An asset. 4.
