After-Sales Service & Maintenance Technician 100% ##

You will ensure:

• A troubleshooting service for all our products already installed;
• A periodic maintenance and upkeep service for private individuals regarding verandas and pergolas.

YOUR PROFILE ###

• Mastered knowledge in exterior and interior blinds as well as knowledge in louvered and canvas pergolas.
• Required mastery in the radio programming of Somfy RTS and io type motors
• Basic knowledge in electricity (connecting a blind, detecting a power cut-off point). Diagnose an electrical fault on a blind, a pergola, a Somfy automation component.
• Mastered knowledge in hardware for all types of aluminum frames.
• Knowledge in glazing, for the replacement of facade and roof glazing.
• Notions of sealing and aluminum carpentry would be an asset.
• Capable of adapting, working alone or in a pair.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Serious, discreet, enthusiastic when in contact with customers and neat appearance.
• Build customer loyalty through the quality of interventions.
• Ability to write service reports and report to one's superior.
• Open to travel throughout all of French-speaking Switzerland.
