You know the construction site. Switch sides: advise contractors and plasterers-painters on facade, insulation, and concrete solutions in the Geneva region.

A recognized player in the production of construction materials in Switzerland, our client develops solutions for facades, thermal insulation, interior and exterior coatings, as well as concrete. Its approach is based on sustainable partnerships with its customers and quality technical support. In order to strengthen its sales team, it is recruiting a Technical Advisor for the Geneva - La Côte region

Your tasks at your new employer

• You are the technical point of contact of reference for approximately 300 professional construction clients
• You guide your clients towards the appropriate products and support them in their application, particularly in facade insulation, coatings and concrete
• You prepare your offers, negotiate them and follow them up until the order
• You regularly visit construction sites to monitor project progress
• You develop your turnover by prospecting new clients
• You conduct product presentations and participate in trade fairs and industry events
• You develop tailor-made solutions with your clients, in the field

You offer your new employer

• Basic CFC training in construction, ideally in plastering-painting; masonry
• External sales experience in French-speaking Switzerland
• Comfortable with a demanding clientele, you know how to remain calm and convincing
• Initiative, autonomy and a solution-oriented mindset
• Mastery of French; ideally you live in the La Côte–Genève region
