Store Manager

As Store Manager at McOptic Crissier (VD), you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of the point of sale. Your missions include notably:

• Management and motivation of the team: you supervise the store team, promote the development of each employee, and ensure the maintenance of a positive working environment.
• Responsibility for commercial results: you are responsible for the turnover and successfully implement sales strategies.
• Customer advice: thanks to your expertise in optics, you support your customers in a professional and personalized manner.
• Organization and management of the store: you guarantee the smooth running of daily operations.
• Marketing and promotion: you implement local marketing actions and represent the McOptic brand in your region.

Your profile

You are a dynamic and motivated manager, endowed with a true sense of customer service and leadership. You also bring:

• Training in optics: you hold a CFC as an optician, an optician's diploma, an optometrist's diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Management experience: ideally, you have already managed a store or a team. If this is not yet the case, we will support you in your development towards this function.
• A great sense of responsibility: you lead by example and accomplish your missions with professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer orientation: you know how to create a bond of trust with customers and build long-term loyalty. For your team as well as for our customers, you are ready to go the extra mile.
• A keen sense of organization: you permanently maintain an overview and manage priorities effectively.
• Motivation and initiative: you like to take charge of things and work proactively. You also transmit this mindset to your team in order to achieve your objectives together.
