YOUR MISSION

As Project Manager, you ensure the technical, financial and administrative management of projects mainly related to after-sales service, troubleshooting and small electrical installations. You coordinate resources and support the teams while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and business profitability.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management: plan and coordinate the construction sites under your responsibility.
• Financial and administrative monitoring: prepare offers and measurements, control costs and hours, ensure invoicing and business monitoring.
• Organization and supervision: plan resources, manage orders and materials, support fitters and apprentices.
• After-sales service and customer base: handle requests, organize interventions, develop services and build customer loyalty.
• Safety and compliance: guarantee compliance with OIBT and NIBT standards, safety prescriptions and ensure the monitoring of official inspections and notices.

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as an electrical installer, completed by a federal certificate of competence as a project manager, electrical safety advisor or a federal master's degree, or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function, with team leadership and construction site management.
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical installations, as well as in project management and financial monitoring.
• Good mastery of electrical standards and IT tools.
• French as a native language; German, an asset.
• Autonomous, organized and proactive personality, endowed with a good analytical mind, a keen sense of service and good interpersonal skills.
