Your main responsibilities:

• Program, validate, and optimize 2D and 3D measurement programs to ensure their performance and compliance with requirements.
• Train and provide technical support to employees.
• Participate in drafting instructions for the control, adjustment, and use of control equipment.
• Participate in the management of control resources (calibration, management of NC resources, stock level).
• Participate in the validation of control methods (Gage R&R) in response to customer requirements.
• Create and update control plans and sequences (Quick Control software).
• Support the continuous improvement of control activities in production.

What we are looking for:

• Higher technical education (ES Technician, HES Bachelor or equivalent) in microtechnology, control, or industrial systems.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in metrology.
• Recognized expertise in control on three-dimensional machines (Zeiss, MicroVu).
• Excellent mastery of reading plans according to ISO and GPS standards.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Initiative, autonomy, rigor, taste for field work, and strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
• Very good mastery of French in writing and speaking, as well as English (minimum B2 level).
