To strengthen our service team in the Fontaines region, we are looking for

INDUSTRIAL SERVICE TECHNICAL EXPERT

Your tasks - varied and with responsibility:

• Meeting our customers' expectations both technically and by ensuring high-quality customer relations, thereby actively contributing to their satisfaction
• After a training and integration period, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of installations in your geographical area
• Your professionalism and rigor will allow you to carry out your activities in compliance with contractual commitments as well as safety rules relating to property and persons
• As a true ambassador of our company image, you will advise your customers, particularly in the context of renovation projects
• You will also provide support to your external sales colleagues in the context of the marketing of installations
• You will periodically perform on-call service

Your profile - technically competent, personally convincing:

• Committed to service quality and possessing excellent interpersonal skills with customers, you benefit from professional training (with attainment of a CFC) preferably in the field of electricity or another technical trade; training as a combustion controller (ARPEA) or federal diploma is an advantage
• Technical knowledge in the field of industrial combustion as well as experience with Lamtec and/or Autoflame combustion controllers represent a significant asset for this position
• Your team spirit, your commitment and your taste for challenges are assets that will allow you to succeed in your function and to evolve within our company
