Commis de Rang Hotel Bar & Restaurant 100% (m/w/d)

Your GRAND Duties:

• You are responsible for service in our 3 restaurants as well as the hotel bar and in the cigar lounge
• You support the service team in the area of Room Service
• Independent working as well as the advice and sale of cocktails, drinks of all kinds and snacks are your passion
• Compliance with and implementation of statutory hygiene regulations are a matter of course for you
• You work closely together with the Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager and F&B Manager

Your GRAND Skills:

• You enjoy being a host for the hotel guests at the bar, in the lobby and in the lounge
• You are very well-versed in the world of cocktails and drinks and also possess sound specialist knowledge in the field of wine
• You are discreet, trustworthy, ambitious and show a high degree of initiative
• Languages are important to you and you have good German, French and English skills
• You look forward to challenges, are a team player, are resilient as well as flexible
• After your completed training, you were already able to gain a few years of experience in upscale gastronomy
