Founded in 1896, the Foyer St-Joseph is a Médico-Social Establishment welcoming Elderly Persons, with a capacity of 138 long-stay beds and 4 short-stay beds, organized into six services. The institution employs more than 190 people, including 120 in the care sector, while maintaining a human dimension, we promote individualized care. Your profile

• Nursing diploma recognized by the Red Cross
• Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is an asset
• Knowledge of IT tools
• Administrative rigor

Your mission

• Close collaboration with the Nurse in Charge of the Service
• Practice according to the code of ethics of the profession and ethical principles for nursing care
• Take the necessary measures for the safety of residents and for your own
• Develop and use a systematic and scientific approach for each care delivery situation, and be responsible for its application
• Ensure the management of apprenticeships and supervision, both in school and in the field
• Evaluate the adequate attitude to have between comfort and health promotion in our interventions with residents.
• Contribute to good communication between team members and other departments.
