N1-N2 Support Technician

Today, we are looking for an N1-N2 IT Support Technician to join our client's team.

This is a long-term position in a solid structure in Lausanne, starting on 1st January 2027.

Your role:

• Take charge of incident tickets and user requests by telephone, email or on-site.
• Diagnose, qualify and resolve level 1 and level 2 software and hardware failures.
• Prepare, configure and deploy workstations, phones and peripherals.
• Administer user accounts and access (Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
• Escalate complex incidents to specialized level 3 teams and follow their resolution.
• Document technical procedures and update the knowledge base.

The profile sought:

• Training in IT (Bac+2 type BTS/DUT) with a first successful experience in local support or helpdesk.
• Resident in the canton of Vaud,
• Good mastery of Windows environments, the Microsoft 365 suite and ticketing tools.
• Solid notions of networks (cabling, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS) and IT hardware.
• Good listening skills, pedagogy and interpersonal ease with users.
• Rigor, reactivity and ability to manage priorities on a daily basis.
