Job Description ##

The Interim Finance project manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 will act as the Swiss finance key user for the organizational transformation program aiming to deploy a new ERP based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The main missions of this position are to :

• Ensure that accounting and financial requirements are understood, tested, and successfully adopted in the new solution
• Ensure the link between finance users and the transformation teams during the design, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare phases
• Support the Finance Regional Process Owners, responsible for the adoption of Finance processes, the promotion of global standardization, and the continuous improvement of Finance processes in the region
• Produce the key deliverables necessary to achieve these objectives during the upcoming phases of the project

In detail, this will consist of :

• Representing Swiss accounting and financial requirements covering the general ledger and monthly closing, financial reporting and consolidation, intercompany operations, fixed assets, taxation, inventory and product costs, as well as aspects specific to management controlling
• Understanding end-to-end process flows and examining existing business processes and test scenarios
• Examining test scenarios, defining expected results, executing UAT, documenting detected defects, noting anomalies, and evaluating severity regarding business impact
• Adapting global training materials to concrete Swiss examples, conducting training sessions, supporting Finance users, collecting their feedback, and identifying additional training needs
• During hypercare, determining whether issues are related to the system, data, processes, or training, and clearly explaining anomalies to the Global and Tech teams while providing close support to business users
• Maintaining clear documentation of processes, user guides, and knowledge transfer throughout the deployment and post-go-live support

The Successful Applicant ##

The Interim Finance project manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 we are looking for will bring the following background and skills:

• Strong accounting and financial expertise, particularly on monthly closings, financial reporting and consolidation, intercompany operations, and fixed assets
• Good understanding of main financial processes, including tax principles; knowledge of inventory valuation and product costs is desired
• Strong testing skills and critical thinking: review of scenarios, definition of expected results, execution of UAT, documentation of evidence, anomaly management, severity assessment, and new tests
• Ease with Microsoft D365 and ability to understand process flows and distinguish between issues related to the system, data, processes, and training; technical expertise in D365 is not required.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to mobilize and convince users, to explain processes simply, to conduct training, and to provide clear feedback to Global/Tech teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, combining diplomacy and persuasiveness to foster tool adoption
• Languages: French and English
