Our company offers a complete range of services, from scenographic design for large-scale festivals to private gala evenings, as well as professional conferences.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a logistics manager at Impact Vision, your mission will be crucial to the smooth running of our company. You will be responsible for the management of technical and decorative equipment, Tentickle tents, as well as the organization of the warehouse.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Organizing the warehouse teams, booking the people necessary for the smooth running of preparations/returns/repairs. Providing/following the work and schedules of the teams.
Organizing the schedules of the warehouse teams.
Ensuring the condition and availability of the equipment, while guaranteeing its proper functioning and organizing its maintenance.
Vehicle management, organizing or performing transports (truck-trailer), Loading and unloading, notably for the equipment necessary for events.
Supervising and managing all the equipment stored in our warehouses.
Coordinating the entries and exits of equipment for upcoming events and rentals.
As well as:
Performing small repairs of technical or decorative equipment (mechanics, carpentry, electronics) is a plus
Implementing procedures for the equipment and work at the warehouse
Purchasing necessary equipment from suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
To excel in this role, we are looking for a person who possesses the following qualities:
Previous experience in logistics management, preferably in the audiovisual or event field.
Excellent organization, order, and methodology in stock management.
Ability to lead a team / Teamwork.
Ability to work autonomously and to manage time effectively.
Good stress management and a sense of priorities, unforeseen events
General technical ease and DIY skills
You live in the vicinity and you are in good physical condition.
Driving license is required
An advantage would be having a/an
Knowledge of audiovisual technology
BE trailer driving license
