Become part of our logistics team as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) in Visp and take on a central role in the operational material supply. In this function, you act as an important contact point for questions and challenges in material management. You ensure that goods flows function smoothly, refrigerated transports are processed correctly, and material movements comply with specifications at all times. At the same time, with your experience, you contribute to making processes efficient, safe, and reliable - and thus make a decisive contribution to project success. You can also find the complete list of our global benefits at: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi Your tasks: Sampling in GMP as well as ISO booths in the cleanroom (gowning) as well as the cleaning of the booths after sampling; Independent processing of re-sampling requests and goods receipt samplings; Replenishing the required utensils for sampling in the cleanroom; Secure working with the Sample Manager (Lims); Preparation of the containers to be sampled incl. cleaning in the cleanroom; On-call service possible; Control of goods receipts regarding quality and quantity; Goods receipt postings in SAP; Archiving of all necessary documents for seamless traceability. Your profile: Completed training as a Logistiker EFZ; Several years of professional experience in the area of warehousing; Handling of warehouse management systems (SAP WM knowledge is an advantage); Experience in handling pharmaceutical products desirable; Teamwork skills; Confident handling of MS Office applications; Openness to flexible working hours; Very good German skills as well as English skills are an advantage.
