As a Scrum Master / SAFe, you accompany Scrum teams towards more autonomy and self-organization. You facilitate collaboration, contribute to removing obstacles, and promote the continuous improvement of agile practices in a SAFe environment, with the goal of maximizing value creation. (Ref. Your responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and SAFe events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Coach teams in their development, agile maturity, and self-organization.
• Guarantee the application of Scrum principles and optimize agile working methods.
• Identify and contribute to removing obstacles and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration between Architects, Product Owners, and Epic Owners.
• Accompany Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Promote collaboration within the SAFe structure and support RTEs in the coordination of activities.
• Promote transparency, feedback, continuous improvement, and value creation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment and practical experience with SAFe.
• Very good knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and agile practices.
• Experience in coaching teams towards more autonomy and self-organization.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and managing obstacles and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and collaboration skills with different stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions and perform arbitrations with calmness, diplomacy, and a sense of responsibility.
• Result orientation, sense of priorities, and ability to unite people around a common goal and value creation.
• Professional maturity, integrity, collaborative spirit, openness to feedback, and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Languages:

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level)
