Site Manager / Joinery Foreman with Federal Diploma

As part of a permanent engagement, we are looking for a site manager / joinery foreman with a federal diploma, capable of managing the entire cycle of a project, from client contact to final invoicing.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the complete follow-up of joinery projects, ensuring the technical, commercial, organizational, and administrative parts. A true point of reference for clients, the workshop, and the installation teams, you guarantee the proper coordination of work, respect for deadlines, quality of execution, and customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks

You will notably be responsible for:

Contacting and liaising with clients
Needs analysis, technical advice, and client support
On-site measurements
Designing solutions adapted to client requests
Preparation of offers and calculation of projects
Creation or follow-up of technical drawings
Preparation of manufacturing files
Production of joinery elements
Coordination and follow-up of production in the workshop
Organization and planning of installation interventions
Follow-up of teams on site
Control of quality, deadlines, and costs
Management of possible adaptations or additional requests
Administrative follow-up of files
Final invoicing of projects

Your profile:

Federal diploma of joinery foreman or training deemed equivalent
Confirmed experience in the complete management of joinery projects
Very good technical knowledge in interior joinery, fittings and/or manufacturing
Ability to manage a project from A to Z, from the offer to the invoicing
Good skills in technical drawing and reading plans
Ease in client contact and sense of service
Autonomous, organized, precise, and solution-oriented person
Ability to coordinate the workshop, suppliers, clients, and installation teams
Driving license indispensable

Assets:

Knowledge of cadwork
Knowledge of Triviso ERP
Experience in the calculation, planning, and financial follow-up of projects
Good network or good knowledge of the regional economic fabric
