Contact Center Collaborator

What awaits you

• You contact our clients by telephone and arrange appointments with individuals interested in a consultation.
• You coordinate the appointments with our client advisors.
• You are interested in financial matters and make use during interviews of the knowledge you have acquired and deepened with us.

What you bring

• You are a committed person and have good interpersonal skills.
• You conduct structured conversations and express yourself fluently in French and German.
• You have experience in the financial sector or in customer contact.

• You work in a relaxed working environment and within a rapidly expanding team, in which you can actively participate in the implementation of new processes.
• You work in an informal and open environment, in the city center of Lausanne. Teleworking is not possible for this position.
• Flexible working hours (from Monday to Friday), with at least once a week where you work in the evening team, until 19h30.
