Automotive Sales Advisor 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process
• Identify customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions
• Develop and retain a portfolio of private and professional customers
• Actively prospect new customers and generate business opportunities through your network
• Ensure the promotion of vehicles as well as financing, leasing solutions, and associated services
• Achieve defined commercial objectives while guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of sales, from orders to the delivery of vehicles

Profile

• Proven experience in an automotive sales role
• Excellent commercial track record with demonstrated results in vehicle sales
• Active professional network in Valais and good knowledge of the regional economic fabric
• Ability to quickly develop commercial opportunities thanks to your field presence and your address book
• Excellent mastery of sales, negotiation, and customer loyalty techniques
• Interpersonal ease, sense of service, and ability to establish lasting relationships of trust
• Dynamic, autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented personality
• Very good presentation and professional communication
• Mastery of French; any other language is an asset
