Accounts Payable Assistant M/F at 100%
Temporary mission 4 months (possible extension)

Job Description ##

As part of this mission, you will have to cover the following tasks:

• Processing of supplier invoices, payments, and accounting follow-up.
• Entry of accounting entries in the SAP system.
• Processing of supplier reminders.
• Control of bank accounts and reconciliations.

Profile sought ##

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• CFC in commerce completed by experience in an accounting position.
• Ability to work with standard IT tools, mastery of SAP is a strong desired asset
• Experience within a large structure, preferably industrial.
• Team spirit, sense of collaboration and communication.
• Good capacity for work and autonomy.
