As part of the creation of a position within the Exploitation department, we are recruiting for the position of:

Manager Bureau du Roulement - CDI 100%

Mission

Reporting to the Deputy Head of the Pôle Conception de l'Offre, you will take responsibility for the Bureau du Roulement and manage a team of 13 employees dedicated to the operational planning of driving personnel. Your main mission consists of guaranteeing, at D-1 and on day D, the adequacy between available resources and driving needs, in order to ensure the continuity, quality, and efficiency of tpg services.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and develop the Bureau du roulement team (13 people) to ensure a high level of competence, motivation, and performance in coherence with the objectives of the Exploitation and the Pole Conception de l'offre,
• lead the short-term operational management of tpg driving personnel resources (approximately 1'600 people), by guaranteeing optimal coverage of operational needs on day D, in compliance with legal and regulatory constraints and internal standards,
• contribute to the evolution of practices and tools within the department by identifying areas for improvement, supporting change, and ensuring the harmonization of processes,
• ensure cross-functional coordination with Exploitation units and internal partners to guarantee the fluidity of information, the coherence of operational decisions, and the achievement of common objectives,
• represent the Bureau du roulement to hierarchy and internal partners and contribute to strategic orientations related to resource management and network exploitation.

Your profile

• You hold a CFC or a title deemed equivalent,
• you have confirmed professional experience, ideally of at least 5 years, in an operational environment related to resource management or planning. Experience in short-term planning (D-1 and day D), ideally in the field of transport, is an asset,
• you benefit from experience in team management or in a function involving the coordination and animation of employees,
• you master resource planning software, ideally in a short-term planning context (D-1 and day D). Knowledge of HASTUS, particularly the Daily Crew module, is an asset,
• you are recognized for your sense of organization, your ability to make decisions in a demanding operational environment, and your aptitude to unite a team around common objectives,
• you are available to work irregular hours, depending on the operational needs of the Exploitation.
