Quality Trainer (M/F)

Your mission

Start date: Beginning of 2027 To strengthen a production team, we are looking for a Quality Trainer (M/F) responsible for transmitting to employees the requirements related to the aesthetic control of high-end watchmaking finishing components. Your tasks - Conduct training on aesthetic control standards and evaluate learning outcomes. - Develop and update pedagogical materials as well as exercises. - Organize sessions and coordinate the necessary resources for their implementation. - Utilize evaluation results and ensure training follow-up. - Collaborate with trainers and experts to improve learning practices.

Your profile

• Training in adult educational support sciences and practices in sensory or technical fields. - Proven experience in aesthetic control through sensory analysis. - Knowledge of the aesthetic requirements of high-end watchmaking, an asset. Your skills - Mastery of aesthetic control techniques through sensory analysis. - Knowledge of quality tools and standard IT software. - Excellent communication and listening skills. - Open-mindedness, flexibility, and respect in exchanges. - Initiative and ability to innovate in training methods. Indispensable prerequisites: solid practice of aesthetic control through sensory analysis, excellent interpersonal skills, and a real capacity to propose pedagogical improvements.
