Your missions
------------

• Ensure the complete management of a portfolio of residential and/or commercial buildings
• Be the primary contact for owners, tenants, and external partners
• Manage leases, terminations, move-out inspections, and other administrative procedures
• Coordinate technical interventions, maintenance work, and renovations
• Ensure the follow-up of claims and insurance files
• Control operating budgets and ensure the profitability of the buildings
• Perform regular visits to the real estate properties
• Guarantee a high quality of service and compliance with legal obligations

Your profile
------------

• Training in the field of real estate, commerce, or a title deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in real estate management in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of lease law and the practices of the Swiss real estate market
• Ease in administrative management and customer relations
• Mastery of standard IT tools and professional software
• Organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
